This was a great rental in every way. The views were amazing. So close to downtown Port Isabel and South Padre Island. Check in was easy along with checking out. There was plenty of space inside and out. The deck looking out over the bay was a nice relaxing spot. The house had everything a person could need. The beach towels and bathroom care packages were nice extras. Amanda was great to deal with. I'd recommend this rental to anyone. We hope to be back again.

As a RGV native who has been away for over 20 years, coming back with my own family to carry out my mom's wishes in SPI, I was so relieved to find such a wonderful property that provided myself and family with peaceful vibes. Exceptionally clean with all that you need was provided! Coffee every morning in the back yard or upper bedroom deck was sublime. Enjoyed watching the cranes, ducks, pelicans, seagulls and more start their morning routines; ending our evenings with eats from a local seafood spot, watching all that nature has to offer - supplying us an inner peace. On our last day of our stay, during evening hours we had the privilege to watch the dolphins swim north. This trip was heavy for our family, but this property made it peaceful for us. Thank you so much to the Property Owner for the open line of communication and sharing such a haven for us! We will without a doubt be back and this will be our property of choice each time!

We stayed for 8 nights due to coaching a swim event in Brownsville. We combined the event into our family vacation. The location was convenient to drive to Brownsville but also a short drive to the beach and all the essentials (groceries, shopping, etc.). The gated community was beautiful and the house itself was in fantastic condition. Our only complaint could be the mosquitos but obviously can’t hold that against the owners, property management, or the location. Some big spray enabled many nights of BBQ and drinks on the deck overloooking the bay. 10/10 - we have already discussed coming back again!
